1. Business identity

2. Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean the order is accepted. We may reject or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, information is inaccurate, fraud or misuse is suspected, supply is unavailable, a material pricing error occurred, or fulfilment would breach law or third-party rights. If we cancel after taking payment, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

3. Digital products

Products described as digital are supplied electronically to the checkout email address. No physical item is shipped. Check the product page for edition, platform, region, device count, licence type, duration and activation method before ordering.

4. Consent to early supply

Where applicable, customers are asked to consent expressly to digital supply beginning before the cancellation period ends and to acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right once supply begins. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain available.

5. Licence limits and customer responsibility

A purchase grants only the rights stated in the product listing and applicable publisher licence. You must not share, resell, publish, duplicate, reverse engineer, circumvent activation controls or use software beyond those rights. You are responsible for checking compatibility and for keeping your account, email and device credentials secure.

6. Prices, tax and payment

Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Any tax treatment displayed at checkout applies to the order. Payment must be authorised using a method made available by Shopify checkout. We may perform proportionate fraud and security checks.

7. Delivery and activation

Supply begins after order acceptance and any necessary security review. Any supported timing stated on the relevant product or offer applies; otherwise no instant-delivery guarantee is made. Follow the official download, redemption and activation instructions supplied for the exact edition.

8. Support

MarelKeys support covers the product and activation route described in the listing. It is separate from publisher support and does not create a Microsoft or other publisher support entitlement unless that is expressly included for the specific product.

9. Cancellations and refunds

The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property and trademarks

The website content is owned by or licensed to MarelKeys unless stated otherwise. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for truthful product identification. No endorsement, affiliation or reseller authorisation should be inferred unless expressly stated and supported.

11. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code or use purchased products unlawfully.

12. Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers in the UK, EU or another applicable territory of mandatory protections or access to courts that cannot lawfully be excluded.
