Available payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Do not send card or bank details by email.

Currency and charges

The UK storefront and checkout totals are displayed in GBP. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or other charges outside MarelKeys’ control.

Payment confirmation and digital orders

An order is processed only after payment is authorised. Digital delivery starts in line with the Digital Delivery Policy and the product information shown at purchase. If payment fails or is reversed, delivery or access may be paused while the order is reviewed.

Security

Payments are handled through the secure checkout providers made available in Shopify checkout. MarelKeys does not ask you to email full payment-card details.
