Shipping & Returns Policy – Worldwide Customers
Delivery of Digital Software
All our products are digital licenses delivered electronically via email.
No physical item will be shipped. After successful payment, your software key and download instructions are automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery Time:
Most keys are delivered within 5–30 minutes, but please allow up to 2 hours during peak periods or for manual verification.
If you don’t receive your key:
- Please check your spam or junk folder.
- If it’s still not found after 2 hours, contact us at support@marelkeys.com with your order number, and we’ll resend it right away.
Refund & Returns Policy
Digital Products (Software Licenses)
As our products are digital software licenses, they are considered delivered once the activation key has been sent via email.
Therefore, in accordance with international digital goods regulations, refunds are not available once a product key has been delivered, activated, or downloaded, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
By purchasing from MARELKEYS LTD, you consent to waive any cooling-off period once the digital license key has been delivered and/or activated.
If your key has not yet been delivered or activated, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
When Refunds Are Accepted
We may offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The license key was not delivered, or the product is defective and cannot be replaced promptly.
- You contact us within 7 days of your order with a valid reason.
- The product is materially not as described on our website.
When Refunds Are Not Accepted
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Keys that were successfully delivered and activated.
- Purchases made in error (e.g., wrong product or software version).
- Change of mind or mistaken purchases after key delivery.
- Incompatibility issues arising from the user’s device or system setup.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@marelkeys.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A brief description of the issue
- A screenshot of any error message (if applicable)
We respond within 1 business day.
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
