Do I need to register an account?
No — you can checkout as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track past purchases, access your license keys anytime, and enjoy faster checkout in the future.
How do I place an order?
- Browse the product you want and click “Add to Cart.”
- Proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and choose your preferred payment method.
- Once payment is confirmed, your license key and instructions are automatically sent to your email.
Can I purchase in bulk?
Yes!
We support bulk purchases for businesses and resellers.
Orders of up to 5 keys per product are processed instantly.
For larger quantities, please contact us beforehand so we can prepare your keys for faster fulfillment.
What if I encounter a problem with my purchase?
If you experience any issues with your key or activation, contact us at support@marelkeys.com.
We’ll assist you within 1 business day and replace any non-working key free of charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

How fast will I receive my product key?
✅ Instant delivery (5–30 minutes) after successful payment.
⏳ In rare cases (manual verification or high demand), delivery may take up to 2 hours.
If you haven’t received your key after this time, please check your spam folder or email us directly.
Do you provide USB installers?
All software is delivered digitally via official download links, so USB drives are not needed.
However, if you have limited internet access, you can request a bootable USB installer (extra fee applies).
💰 REFUNDS & RETURNS
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available only if:
- The product key has not been delivered or activated, or
- The key is defective and cannot be replaced promptly.
Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product key is delivered and activated, it becomes non-refundable.
I purchased the wrong product — what can I do?
If your product key has not yet been issued, contact us immediately at support@marelkeys.com so we can cancel or correct your order.
Once a key is delivered, it can’t be exchanged or refunded.
I received multiple keys, but not all arrived.
If you purchased several keys (especially more than 5), some may arrive slightly later.
Please allow up to 1 hour for all keys to be delivered.
If you still haven’t received them, contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.
My USB installer isn’t working.
If you received a USB drive from us and it’s faulty or corrupted, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please note: MarelKeys does not provide hardware or system support (compatibility, BIOS, or UEFI setup issues).
